"I will never say I lost the weight or inches, because I don't want to find them! Instead I am down or dropped them and I refuse to pick them back up!"- Me

I started, I left, I came back, I left...SP has always been here for me when I have been ready to attack the mean weight monster. I've had my ups and downs and right now it's down hill and I need to take the up hill battle. I was at a decent weight and body shape in Feb 2011 when I met my husband. Once we got engaged and I was working a job I was miserable at, driving two hours a day, and not making good money I lost the battle I had kept off and regained plus some. I am putting ME into perspective and hoping that with slow changes I can finally stick to something. He can eat all day long and not gain a pound...I can eat one meal OUT and gain 4....something has to change and portions, choices, and what I cook for each of us will be the start.

I think I finally had a turning point when I realized the only bottoms I wore were cotton shorts and DH's shirts...see 2nd photo on page!) I lost all sense of being all sassy, sporty, chic, and girly! I had it on our wedding day and honeymoon and then we got back and the weight just kept on going up.

In case you are not on the message boards and able to see my signature I started out needing to lose a minimum of 46lbs to be in the very top of a normal BMI range per my doctor. This is after many times being a normal weight but between 2011 and 2012 life took a handle on me and I lost control of myself, I am taking the reins back and reeling in the person I want to be again before trying to have children with my husband!

To drop 15lbs would put me at my wedding day weight!
To drop 37 lbs would put me at the weight I was when I met my husband.
To drop 46lbs would put me at the top of my normal BMI range (not sure I have a photo from there)
To drop 57lbs would put me at the lowest adult weight I have been (in 2005/2006)

The first thing I noticed is once I reached the top of the scale I was hiding in a lot of photos behind someone lol, so the photo I posted is one of me hiding my DH due to my size! Since returning to a healthy lifestyle that I wish to maintain I have not had any migraines, just slight headaches here and there. I also can do more with less pain since my car accident in 2011! Life is more fulfilled with less baggage holding me down! I also have become very in tune with seeing that the face changes drastically with weight changes as well!
