Unhealthy cake was a decadent chocolate cake with chocolate glaze.
Healthy cake was a "fruit pizza" - Crust was made of oats, wheat flour, flax (like a big healthy, yet soft oatmeal cookie), then it had a yogurt and peanut butter sauce on top, then topped with a beautiful display of fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
Ate mostly the fruit pizza, but I had one bite of the chocolate cake. Both were yummy!
Embrace your sore muscles! Know that every achy body part is becoming healthier and stronger.
