One step at a time

So I've been on this site for years now, and I've never been below 135 pounds. I've accepted that I'm never going to be stick thin, and neither do I want to be anymore. I love my body, but I want to be fitter. I want to be toned. I want to lost ten pounds, not thirty. I want to be 130 pounds.

2015

9th April - 137. It seems like I'll never get there. I mean I've been trying since 2009.

2012
5th September - 135! (five pounds off my target ...

That is so great!!! I am so happy for you. :) that's a great gift to give to yourself and you can do this now that you've truly committed to yourself. Do yuo notice a difference this week? I know when I recommitted myself I felt so much better that week. :)
