I use this site in waves, typically when I'm lacking motivation or when I need to makes sure I'm getting enough calories & protein during a high intensity workout challenge.
Nutrition Program based on 50/25/25 (carb/protein/fat)
Used following calc for consume values:
1200-1500 calories per day
Fat = 9 calories per gram (1200 * .25 then divide by 9) (1500 * .25 then divide by 9)

My Goals:
Fit into a size 32 again.

Have more energy.

My Program:
Strength training at home with dumbbells.
Walking trails in the area.
Other random challenges.
Less (or no) fast food. No soda.
When I'm *really* pushing to lose weight, I change my food plan to a pound of veggies a day with 8 oz of lean protein, 1 cup of grains, a fruit or two, and some sort of dessert.

Personal Information:
I love reading (mostly fiction) and listening to music (mostly alternative rock, pop, funk & folk).
I prefer to workout at home because I'm cheap.
My favorite form of exercise is walking with my "wife" and our Cocker Spaniel on local trails in our area.
