I can STILL remember the very day stepping on the scale & seeing I was approaching 150lbs. I didn't know what to think, tried to blame others, & didn't know ANYTHING about nutrition & exercise. I was graduating high school, my diet was fast-food, carbs (pizza, pasta, anything bread!), soda, processed TV dinners.. everything you shouldn't eat. Since 2006 it was a struggle yet a personal challenge losing weight & giving up comfort foods. It wasn't easy trading chips for carrots & hummus, but ...

It wasn't easy trading chips for carrots & hummus, but little steps add up to the bigger ones, & it all paid off with time. From my journey, the best advice I can give is you can either have time work FOR you or AGAINST you.. YOU be the judge of your own destiny, & if you are consistent enough.. you WILL get where you need to go!
I'm constantly on a path of discovery & knowledge. Instead of feeling in my 20s I can relate to feeling in my 200s (haha!) with experiences I've acquired so far. While I feel like that mentally, I absolutely DO NOT want to feel that way physically. This is the reason why I've been "sparking" since 2009, for prolonging my longevity (it's always nice to think I can set the goal for trying to make it halfway to 200 years old LOL), living my life beyond the 9-5, & sharing the inspiration/motivation to help people on their journeys. I've always aspired to be something of a helping presence to somebody in the world, this is another attempt of mine to do just that. =)
SP goes beyond losing weight & sometimes I feel criticized because I'm already "skinny enough", "look fit enough", or "don't need to do anything else" to myself. Yes, my weight fluctuates between 115-120, & it's a healthy weight range for my age, but I also know I can always improve better in other areas of my life too. SP is more than losing weight, it's also about transforming who you are mentally/spiritually. SP, to me, is about consistency, keeping true to who you are, & keeping promises & goals. I'm the type of person who short hands myself when it comes to putting myself first & SP gives me a reason to put myself FIRST for once in something.
I've recently became obsessed with eating food that is ALIVE: not processed, in its most raw organic state.. food that is ALIVE in the sense it gives you the LIFE FORCE you need in order to have your greatest potential optimal energy. I can only hope that once people have achieved reaching their ideal weight, that my page can be an influence to YOU to now make conscious decisions on what exactly is IN the food you eat! There is so much to learn & know, please message me anytime if you need suggestions on some great authors to start, or if you're looking for an accountability buddy on eating healthier; I'm your girl for that! =)

Fitness Minutes: 2,715
90% of diet consists of raw, uncooked, organic fruits, vegetables, & legumes. No processed foods & no processed red meat or chicken. I will only eat fish & eggs if they are certified from a facility that is free-range, organic, & does not contain additives!
Keeping joints & muscles flexible by daily yoga routines to assist in muscle growth. Fine tuning my anatomy to be at its best efficiency as I age to avoid osteoporosis & arthritis.
Spreading awareness to everyone I can of a whole, healthy, & nutritious diet :)
Sundays: 45 minutes of cardio (typically going to war with the stair-master haha) + Ab exercises (combination of crunches, reverse crunches, bicycle crunches, etc.)
Mondays: Chest/shoulders (consist of about 6-8 workouts found in the video database, combination of free-weights & machine weights)
Tuesdays: Back (4-5 workout routines targeting lower back muscles, mainly with weight machines in the gym)
Wednesdays: Legs (about 6 workout routines, squats for days!!! Mainly focusing on free-weights & lunges with kettlebells)
Thursdays: Biceps/Triceps (6-10 workout routines, mainly with barbells & free-weights)
Friday & Saturdays are rest days :)
