Sticking to it!

I am back on here AGAIN, yes I have been on and off on here. I lose some weight and become content with the weight lost (even though it's not my goal weight) and then fall off the wagon and gain back about 6 - 10lbs give or take which would put me back at my start weight. Well, I just had my 2nd baby and gained 35lbs during my pregnancy. It has been almost 3 weeks since I gave birth via repeat c-section and I have lost 25lbs and have 10lbs to go before I am back at my pre pregnancy ...

I lose some weight and become content with the weight lost (even though it's not my goal weight) and then fall off the wagon and gain back about 6 - 10lbs give or take which would put me back at my start weight. Well, I just had my 2nd baby and gained 35lbs during my pregnancy. It has been almost 3 weeks since I gave birth via repeat c-section and I have lost 25lbs and have 10lbs to go before I am back at my pre pregnancy weight...which right now I would be happy with that (I miss my pre-prego clothes!!!) so my first goal is to lose this 10lbs that have gathered in my hips, thighs, butt, and stomach area. I will be going from 186lbs (current weight) to 176lbs (pre-pregnancy weight). Since I have had a c-section I am not allowed to work out until I hit the 6 week marker and am cleared to do so by the doctor so until then I am just watching what I eat... smaller portions, healthier foods, and watching calories but not counting them (I tend to become obsessed if I start counting them). After I get to my pre pregnant weight I will set a new goal to lose more weight. Hopefully I can get this 10lbs off of me soon!

Girl then give yourself props for being able to track everything good. Let me tell ya!! Cause I have issues with portion control and taking the time to actually prepare healthy things for myself so JC works wonders for me. Girl it has been a while so please remind me where u live? Like what state? If your in FL what county?

YES!!! I am so excited. Girl I need you as a buddy too so we can motivate each other. Lets cut the nonesense and get this done. OMG your plate is super full but keeping busy is so good at the same time. Doesn't it feel good to know your getting your stuff together. Do not let yourself feel overwhelmed since you know you made a choice to sacrifice for this time to reap the rewards soon enough. :) I am really happy ur back!
