I'm in the 'broad stroke' phase of my fitness goals. The fine details aren't there yet, but I'm a Mona Lisa in the making. I've worked out for over 20 years of my life. I get 4 hours of exercise a week just through dance. My weight isn't going anywhere and I realize my eating habits are terrible in terms of too much cheese and sugar. I want to tweak my few food issues so my outer self can properly reflect my inner self.
