Welcome to Spark People. This is really helpful. My favorite tools are the food and exercise trackers. I fill them every day and keep track of every thing I eat. I am older and it is really slow going but I have lost 33 pounds as of Friday. Also, notice on your start page at the top right is a feature called Spark People Insider. This contains a different link daily to a lot of cool features on Spark.
In addition on your start page, if you scroll all the way to the bottom, you will find that there are stages set up to get you started in the right direction with little steps at a time. Little steps, slow and steady – that’s the plan that is working for me.
