My Goals:
I just want to be able to walk out the door without worrying who I might see (or more accurately, who might see me + the 60 pds I've gained). I'm sick and tired of avoiding my LIFE because I'm too embarrassed about how I've "let myself go".

My Program:
I discovered that the main thing for me is tracking food intake. I KNOW exercise is important, but I hate it, so I'm incorporating it slowly. I'm sure once a few pounds come off, I will be motivated to pick up the pace.

I'm an avid and passionate cook. I've traveled all over the world to try new cuisines, and I find food and all related topics endlessly fascinating.
I despise the term "foodie", but I guess I am one.
It was just a lot more fun before I go fat, and started considering food the "enemy"!

When I'm not cooking, I'm probably curled up with a book---so I'm probably not the person to ask about your favorite TV program! (Unless it's Top Chef or Chopped)

I fell off the wagon once, and this is what someone said to me...
If you fall while walking down stairs do you stand back up and continue walking or do you throw yourself down all the rest of the steps? You just need to get back up and continue along your healthier lifestyle. :)
