I am becoming a better person. I am determined to eat health and lose weight because of health issues in my family. I had 4 children, but they were taken away from me, so losing weight and exercising is a way to keep me from being depressed about that situation. My husband and I just adopted a brown and black dachshund/min pin mix that we have re-named Dee.

My Goals:
I will be down 10lbs by end of November. I will be down at least 15lbs by end of December.

My Program:
I do my own exercises as well as I go to a gym. I have been starting to eat better and I don't emotionally eat as much as I used to.

Personal Information:
I am from Des Moines, Iowa. I am 42 yrs old. I have been married to my husband Jeff since Aug. 1999. We had 4 children (the younger 2 were his).

Other Information:
I love to read history books, especially the Civil War and about JFK. My husband and I just adopted a dachshund/min pin mix.
