    I just wanted to check in with you... I have been gone for a while. I had gastric bypass a week ago. I am ready for a change! I found your pictures very comforting and am so happy for you!! What is the biggest thing you have had to change since surgery? I find (after only a week) that I need to drink quite a bit more water each day than I ever have before.
    Your success is stunning!! Keep up the great work! - I see a new summer wardrobe in your future!

    I take Biotin and I've been using a special shampoo my hairstylist recommended. He noticed my hair was thinning when I had an appt last week. I will check out that website, thanks. I'm pretty lucky I have thick hair, so no one really but me can notice, and of course my hair stylist! :)))))

    After I mentioned L.A., I saw on your page you're from TX. We have a Dr. Kim where I was at. :)

    I went ahead and ordered the EAS powder.... all I have now is the strawberry BA powder. I have some vanilla samples from Unjury, but don't really like the taste of that. The homemade soup sounds good, my family doesn't really eat too much soup, so I think if I were to make a pot it would go to waste. The shredded wheat sounds like a good idea, I hadn't thought of that yet. For lunch I had about 2T of fat free refried beans with a little fat free cheese and then a little salsa on it, it was really good. (something quick and easy for me) I also had half of a little cup of no sugar applesauce. Had 1 egg for breakfast, was able to almost get the whole thing down, except for one bite.
