Hi! I'm here to finally put an end to my constant battles with food. Although I would LOVE to lose the 50+lbs I listed as my goal, my real motivation is to finally (there's that word again) learn how to eat properly without obsessing over food and my body.

My Program:
I plan on really using the program to monitor my eating. I am going to definitely work the fitness plan and throw in a few extra yoga or dance sessions for good measure.
