Gettin my butt back in shape!

Hi! I'm April, a 20 year old college student. I'm not looking to lose a whole lot of weight or do anything drastic, but just to get back into the shape I used to be in. I was a runner back in high school, but have gotten a little out of shape since college. On my small frame, every little bit of weight shows.

Cardio and strength 3 times a week, more water, less calories!

I live in Texas, and I am a junior in college. I'm majoring in journalism, and hopefully will be graduating in a year.

Other Information:
One of my favorite things to do is read...if only it burned more calories!
