My Goals:
I am working on having a healthier relationship with food, losing more pounds than I want to think about, and being more active. One day at a time!

My Program:
I am trying to eat 1500 calories a day and move 4-5 times a week. I'm currently training for my second half marathon!

Hi!

So, it's the Thursday before a long week-end... weeee!
Are you doing anything fun?

So, yesterday was unusual in that we had a work outing with a free buffet at the baseball field-- aka, really unhealthy food.
I made "good" choices, by eating that stuff in moderation. I ate one scoop ( small) of bulled bbq pork on a whole wheat bun with blueberries, a small piece corn on the cobb and some fried chicken with the skin taken off. I also had a piece of a large cookie, but not super big or anything.

As for the clean eating... well, I ate 6 egg whites and blueberries, so I met the goal, even though the unclean eating outweight that- oh well, it's life, not a diet for me.

I did 30 min elliptical, ran 2 miles, taught 30 min RAPS ( Pilates/core class) and at night, did 45 min of cardio kick pretty easy level and the conditioning track ( planks) and then stretched for 10 additional minutes at night.

So, very busy, but nice and successful day! I stayed within range, which is total progress.

I know I said I'd e-mail you, but if you don' t mind taking up the space, maybe I will post/e-mail as it comes.

So, how was your day?

Hi!

So, we are going to be buddies, so we can rock this September challenge- NO EXCUSES!

I am excited about this month-- a tad frustrated with my injuries, but excited for some great workouts, some great food choices and some great company to make this month great! It is my birthday month after all, so I want to start my 34th year on earth with the right attitude!

Anyways, let me know how I can help you achieve your goals!

I think the challenge is really simple, which I love and totally attainable. I am thinking about sending you a daily e-mail or something with my stats... what'd you think? emoticon
