For example, after I lost 10 pounds I was running on the treadmill and my running pants fell down. Lots of men in back of me, but I just laughed. Hi there! I'm hangin' in there!:)) Still can't do the full 5K anymore!!!:(( But I'm trying! Today was a good day. Wednesday. I started off with a 5 min. walk @ 3.7. Then,I actually ran @ 4.7 for 20 min. straight! Then I walked 2 min. @ 3.7 ran 13 min. walked 2 ran 10 walked 5. I'm not in pain or winded. You know when you do something repetitively for a long time, how your muscles finally just need a break cuz you used everything up? Well that's the feeling I get. I get plenty of carbs. Protein might need a bump but, that's nothing new. I get more now than when I could do the 5K straight through!
