Hi, I am a single Mother of a 2 yr old who has lots of energy and being overweight I can not play with her a lot because I am tired a lot. I am embarrased by my weight and the way I look now. I am on a mission to become better than I have ever been. I have reached my highest weight ever and feel like a big fat pig. I plan to change that to a big fat loser. I am starting my life fresh after a very bad emotional time in my life. I want to be happy for the first time in my life with me and my baby. She is the only thing I am happy about right now. I want to become a better and thinner person and this is my first stop. I also went through a very rough patch about three years ago battling anxiety and depression and have been stable on my meds for about 2 -3 yrs now but the meds make me gain weight and make it hard for me to lose weight. I also just broke up with my daughter's Father because he refuses to pay for anything for her or do anything for her so I am now a single Mother. I still am on a mission to be a better person on the inside and out and I need to be there for my baby so I must lose this weight. I was 120 pounds 3 yrs ago that is how fast I gained all of this weight. I am not used to being the fat girl and I do not intend to get used to it!

My Goals:
I would like to join a class to get more motivation. I would to lose 2-3 pounds per week. I would like to strength train at least 2 times per week. I would like to do cardio at least 3 times per week. I want to start eating right. I want to make sure I drink 8 8oz glasses of water a day,.
My Program:
I am going to start using all of the tools on this website every day. I also am going to track all of the food I eat every day from now on.
Personal Information:
I am from Pittsburgh, PA. I like to read, write, play with my daughter, walk, the outdoors, and I love my job because I get to help other people. I have a 2 year old little girl named Danica and she is my inspiration.
