Isn't that so true?! I have battled with my weight ever since I suddenly gained weight when I was 16 and was diagnosed with an underactive Thyroid. I have tried so many diets, most very extreme and unhealthy and time and time again I've failed. For the last few years I had actually given up on my body, convincing myself I was happy with this weight because it must be the way I am meant to be but deep down I knew it wasn't me speaking it was my defeat speaking. I've decided it's time to speak ...
