thank you for the balloons and note! Congrats on your losses as well!
I quit smoking a year ago, and I say daily, I am quitting smoking. I will probably say it for the rest of my life just as my aunt said it for 40 years. She had to fight the want of a ciggie every day and I find I want one every day too! I hope I never give in... Some people are really lucky as they can quit and never have the urge to have another one, hope you are one of those ones. good luck!

I lost the first 30 pounds on my own just counting calories and working out little by little... those first 30 pounds took me about 6-8 months.

The last 46 pounds took me from July-December with the help of a doctor because the Fibro meds were making me gain weight. Now I workout 6 days a week (Mondays and Saturdays 2 classes) and I'm eating around 1,500 calories.
