I want to change my life and help others!
As a nursing student, I am exposed to the health consequences of obesity almost daily! I decided that enough is enough! I'm going to change my life and become a healthy example to my patients, friends, and most importantly-my kids! I know it's not going to be easy, but nobody ever said it would be easy...they said it would be WORTH IT!
