I love SparkPeople! Historically, I have put myself on "diets" and moaned, groaned and complained to being deprived... I had DIET RAGE! This time it is different. My positive attitude is what is different for me this time. ELIMINATING EXCUSES is my mantra... Only positive thoughts and motivational attitudes...its the elusive key to weight-loss success and a happy life!
