Make it count

I been at this weightloss journey it seems like a lifetime and I haven't conquered it yet. I'm sickly with pain all the time daily so I start then stop after few months I can't keep living like this so I'm giving myself one more chance then I think I'm done trying I'm definitely gotten wayyyyyy older and well I'm just plain tired. So I'm going to really try harder to be consistent and persistent and making it count I'm asking God for help because I'm just tired but .... well I will truly try ...

My Goals:
I want to lose a total of 70 pounds max.

I want to lose at least 2 pounds a week.

Exercise at least 4x a week (I'm in school and work full time) Cardio!

Drink 1/2 of my body weight in water daily.

Get 8 hours of sleep every night!

Do not or limit any alcohol consumption.

Do strength training 3x a week.

Do a dance program at least 2x a week this is not added to my previous cardio.

Personal Information:
I live in Indianapolis, Indian born and raised! The weather here sucks so it is hard to do outdoor activities that I would love to do.

I enjoy my bellydance classes! I love to dance!

Stick with the positive you can do it. You have so many good things about yourself that we would love to hear about. Stop by and get some good motivation on the A Better Me team, like Jasmine said.
