June 2011 - Everything old is new again. June 2010 - Back to the basics. Food journaling. Regular sweat sessions. Cutting back on the sugar. July 2007 - At my heaviest, I weighed 222 pounds - that was in January '06. I decided to get serious and by making up my own weight loss plan only lost 10 pounds in five months. It was depressing. Then, in June 2006, I heard about this weight loss doctor that could promise amazing results - 5 to 6 pounds per week. At the time, it seemed like a good idea. I had to visit the doctor once a week for a vitamin shot and to pick up my weekly meal plan which amounted to 5 daily shakes, 2 daily fiber drinks, 1 daily protein bar and I was allowed one 300 calorie meal of my choice per day. It was a VLCD (very low calorie diet) and was extremely restrictive and is actually designed for obese individuals who need to drop weight to prepare for bypass surgery. In 6 weeks, I lost 32 pounds down to 180. I THOUGHT I was a success. Don't let me forget to mention the cost - I think I spent close to $1000. (Sheesh) However, I hadn't learned a doggone thing about how to eat to live properly or to maintain my loss. Because of that, I regained 18 pounds to my July 2007 Spark starting weight of 198 over the next year. Now, I'm shooting for the Laila Ali edition. However, this go around, I am going to do it THE RIGHT WAY. Like Laila, I am 5'10". When I get to 175 (like Laila), I'm having a party!!!! When I get to my goal weight of 165, I'm taking some butt naked pictures...(I kid, I kid)... oh wait...I know - I'm wearing a bikini to the office...(still kidding)... *´¨) ¸.·´¸.·*´¨) ¸.·*¨) (¸.·´ (¸.·´ *miracles and blessings... -:¦:- ~SexyCool July '10 GOYAAM Program: 1. 300 minutes cardio per week 2. LOVE LIFE!!! 3Q2010 DAY GOALS: ~ Meet 170 pound goal. ~ Pay off personal loan - $250. ~ Blog daily on my SparkPage or at my Blogger account.

Got Serious Date - 07.29.07 Latest Re- Commit Date - 06.15.10 To maintain a weight range between 165 and 170.
My Program:
Updated 06.15.10 1500 calories per day Drink 8 to 10 cups of water per day 30 minutes of cardio per day - at least five times a week. Take a daily fiber supplement. MOST IMPORTANT - CURB NIGHTTIME AND MINDLESS EATING!!!
