Hey everyone!! First off... Sorry if I haven't been on lately.. I've been doing really good with my eating and exercise!! For everyone that doesn't know, I was blessed with a little girl Sept 4/05 and her name is Karley Madison Skye~
I live in Ontario, Canada and love it here. You could say that i have an obsession when it comes to health and fitness.... I am vegan.. I also don't take in anything refined and/or processed.. caffiene.. sugar/salt.. ect.. i have become completely disciplined ...

I also don't take in anything refined and/or processed.. caffiene.. sugar/salt.. ect.. i have become completely disciplined to have this as my lifestyle and the results have just been amazing... inside AND out!!! :0)
I am currently working at a gym right now personal training and also have two other jobs there as well.. eventually will be a fitness instructor for group exercise classes. I WAS working at a weight loss/nutrition clinic but left for ethical/moral issues and for a very short time at a health food store but left since it conflicted with my shifts at the gym and weightloss is definately where i have my passion.. .not astragalus supplements.. haha!!!!

I will be there for you 24/7 when you need someone to talk to.. whoever you may be!!! I love to have connections with people and help change their lives... this is what i was meant to do with my life so please drop me a line!!!!

I need to get updated pics of my daughter and I.. she's almost walking... yikes!!! all the fun to come!!!! :0)

My Goals:
Well, over my journey i have had countless goals.. and made sure i met every single one... i make 100 every year to do for that year... plus i probably make a couple a week too!!!! i am almost at the 100 lb mark and SO happy.. i''m not all about the number on the scale but how i feel cause i''m going to go into strength training so I know i''ll gain weight for sure!!!

My goal is to become an elite plus personal trainer..(where i''m working anyways.. it goes personal trainer, master trainer, elite and then elite plus) I am also going to go through to be a fitness instructor for group exercise classes and programs.. Later, once I''m established and have a little more moohlah coming in.. :0) , I want to be certified as a nutritionist and a dietician..


I recently just became interested in learning about training for a marathon or a triathlon.. Also competing in fitness competitions...
Right now though, I''m focused on my nutrition and my training

My Program:
i exercise monday to friday, atleast and hour a day, sometimes two. i have tons and tons of workouts so they vary from kickboxing, turbo jam, slim in 6, firm series, taebo, carribean workouts, pilates, yoga, strength training, free weights, winsor pilates, my gazelle, exercise ball and videos ect.... way too many to list but i''ll never get bored.i eat 1500 cals a day ...i drink 12 glasses of water and take supplements .i get out every day its nice and other than smoking(which is a goal of mine to quit!!!), i don''t take caffieneor eat any sort of refined processed junk food of ANY kind. i''ve turned into a health nut big time so reading min. 100 pages a day on nutrition and fitness..I now work at a gym.. i have a membership somewhere else and i read EVERYTHING to keep me moving in the right direction!!!
I am vegan++more restrictions but have found tons and tons of more options now available to me!! Its great!!!!! I almost have a six pack!! Whoo hoo!!! I just learn to keep st

Other Information:
well, i read, tons!!!! i usually read min. 300 pg non fiction every day but sometimes i don''t get that in with my daughter now!! i do read tons though, I also meditate. I''m getting prepared for my first fast. I study and do research for fun. I know, i''m a dork. I love fitness and anything to do with nutrition. i don''t read anything really other than non fiction and get tons of books from the library, don''t forget the documentaries, lol... i don''t watch tv, movies, ect. Now I do watch the news,documentaries ect. but that''s it!! I believe that you can''t create valuable memories from sittin infront of a box all the time.

Hi, this is Fausslo call me Faussy nway, I was so motivated when I got to read your spark page an d girl haven't you achieved so much. Your story is so inspiring and guess what I truly do need your advise. there are times when I have cut weight but then after giving birth to my daughter that is 6 years ago I did put on the weight and it seems hard to lose it. The most problematic places are the thighs and legs. Pleeeaaaaaaaaaaase give me some advise on what I can do to lose all these. I wanna be fit fit fit and fit.
