Dreaming big... why not???

I've designated this year as the one that I will use to get my health back on track and go for my goals. My grandmother was a diabetic and my aunt just found out she has diabetes. I'm really overweight and I know that increases my chances of becoming diabetic so I'm going to take all the steps necessary to take better care of myself!!!

My Goals:
For now I'm focused on reaching the weight determined for me by my BMI which is 107 :)

My Program:
Tentative plan is to get on the treadmill for 90 minutes per day, drink at least 64 oz of water, and monitoring what I eat.

I also play tennis on weekends.

I sometimes get off the bus or subway a few stops ahead so as to walk.

Hi! thanks I am starting to feel better I am not sure how but I have manged to lose a little weight I only got like two walks in this week :l lol .... But hey we are making progress! and that is all that is important a loss is a loss! and we both loss! congrats! emoticon ...I in boxed you this weeks results! emoticon
