Water, running/walking, watching what I eat.

The C25K Program that I'm following is the Intermediate level of "The Proven 13-Week Walk/Run Program" from "The Beginning Runner's Handbook" by Ian MacNeill

Quantum Scale (that thing rocks!), ditching the soda & caffeine habit in general, this time I plan to be kinder and more patient with myself! :-)

Reasons to lose:
Live longer
Set a good example for M.
Get rid of the sleep apnea
Lose the seatbelt extender

    Sorry you're feeling crappy! I was rooting for you to make your 1000 minutes goal.

    I figured out how to make 1000 minutes of exercise--go to London and walk ALL day EVERY day that you are there. Sadly, I don't think I can do that more than once a year, so it's back to Zumba this month, and God knows I am not doing that for a 1000 minutes. emoticon
