Thanks for visiting my Spark Page!

After many false starts, the weight is slowly coming off and I am so happy about that.

I will exercise and track my food here at Spark People. I am so happy to report that a foot problem has healed and I will again be able to walk for exercise.

I can do this. Quitting definitely won't get the weight off.


I really want to get in shape and be healthier.

My Goals:
1. Get into the next tens.

2.. Lose 10% of body weight.

3. Get from obese to overweight.

4. Get into healthy weight range.

Lose weight to get healthier and get off medication.

Be positive and happy and surround myself with like people.


My Program:
Step one: I will begin slowly. I'm tracking my food and drinking the water.

Step two: Exercising
like biking, walking and water aerobics.

Step three: strength training

Personal Information:
Christian woman who enjoys reading, camping and sewing (quilting) . I love to cook when I have time and have lots of cookbooks. I live in Wisconsin. My city is along the shore of Lake Michigan.

Other Information:
My favorite book is "The Power of Positive Thinking" by Norman Vincent Peale. Also am in a book club and reading books I might otherwise not have read.

I enjoy authors like Karen Kingsbury, Debbie Macomber, Joyce Meyers. Francine Rivers.
