Lose weight to get healthier and get off medication.

Step one: I will begin slowly. I'm tracking my food and drinking the water.
Step two: Exercising like biking, walking and water aerobics.
Step three: strength training

My favorite book is "The Power of Positive Thinking" by Norman Vincent Peale. Also am in a book club and reading books I might otherwise not have read.
I enjoy authors like Karen Kingsbury, Debbie Macomber, Joyce Meyers. Francine Rivers.
