My Plan Part II

So here we are Dec. 2013 - I haven't belonged to a gym in about two years? It has been awhile.

I was really sick last winter. I went through at least six new medications all with one side effect, weight gain.

All my hard work went to crap. I gained thirty pounds in a few months. I lost my business. I was housebound and depressed.

I finally started walking, then jogging, then running and using my home gym again with the cold weather. I'm not as ...

I'm not as ambitious as I was when I wrote the first time. I just try to run 3+ times per week, and I try to put in four miles per workout. Pretty basic. It's about all I can do these days.
----------------
By Sept. 30th I will weigh: 161 or less.
Mondays are most important days
In the gym by 7 or 7:30am
Week two gym for 1.5 hours
Daily Yoga (quick)

Starting Monday August 20th I will be a robot. I will eat what is good for me mechanically and without emotion.

Starting Monday August 20th I will work out at 7am each workday. If I can't make it to the gym I WILL work out at home since I have NO EXCUSES not to. I have an elliptical, 15 fitness DVD's, weights, yoga matt and a state park outside.

MONDAY WILL BE NON-NEGOTIABLE.
From now on Monday is my most important day of the week. No matter what happens monday my first and foremost goal for that day is fitness and diet.

Sundays are weigh ins. I will lose 1.5 pounds each week.

I will eat the same thing for breakfast each day:
1 piece of whole wheat bread with jam.

After workout I will finish breakfast with an egg or protein smoothie. I will limit smoothie to no more than 12oz.

I will eat stir fry each day for lunch:
Cabbage, fresh vegies, some chicken or chicken sausage. I can eat as many vegetables as I want to. I LOVE stir fry. I've decided to capitalize on this.

I will eat a regular supper with the family.

NO SUGAR is allowed on my new diet. Sweets are going away. I am a robot. I hate sugar free jello and stuff so I'll be sure to stock it and make myself eat it when I have a snack attack which will gross me out enough it will end said sugar need.

I will work out one hour the first week and 1.5 hours after that. I will gain in intensity. For the first two weeks I don't care about intensity - I just want to get my butt there at 7am, read my book while pedaling or jogging.

I am so sorry that you have had to endure such nastiness. How could that happen? I was bullied all through my school years and not just by other kids and some adults. My oldest brother bullied me. My parents bullied me. But I survived it and I am all the stronger for it. The things we think make us weak, in fact make us stronger in the long run. I hope you do not quit SparkPeople. You should report this abuse. That was a low down dirty thing that guy did in stealing your work. You are sensitive because of your creative nature. I am an artist, also. I have a sensitive part of me. But don't give up just yet. Report these abuses and they will be locked out from hurting you or anyone else. They get pleasure in making people run away. Stand! Stand! Stand! I am also handicap. I have been made fun of more times than I want to recall. Don't let them win. Stand or in this case get out the and run your 5k. Guess what I am in the 5k Training thing with Sparkpeople. Although, I cannot run right now. But I am doing the walking 5k. Something I never dreamed I could do. Please hang in there and don't give up on Sparkpeople. I know Sparkpeople helps. Besides, I am just now getting to know you through this blog. You seem to be a great person. You have a sweet looking little son. Plus you are not fat, either. You are a lovely person in your photos. Remember that old childhood poem, "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never harm me." Words can hurt if we allow them. Don't give these sleazy people that power! Be confident and strong! You can do this. Stand up for yourself by hanging in there. All bad things do past. These hammerheads will go on to aggravate someone else. That is if you don't report them. Shutting them down is the best medicine. Instead of closing out Sparkpeople altogether. Just go back and recreate a new account and start over. But don't give up and don't give in. The only thing we have to fear is fear itself, President Franklin D. Roosevelt. GOD says, "Fear not for I am with thee." Isaiah 41:10. I am inclined to believe, GOD. Have faith! emoticon

What you're going through sounds rough. Don't let it be a trigger - take good care of yourself. Get enough sleep, exercise as much as you reasonably can, take a nice long bubble bath! I know that won't help your business, but I hope you will be ok mentally/emotionally. We're all rooting for you!
