I need to get back on track!

I had my brother move in with us to help me get into a health and fitness routine...he was here for 7 months. I got into a routine of going to the gym 3 times a week and was eating healthier and it worked! I lost pounds and inches! I felt better! Since my brother went back to FL 2 months ago, I have only gone to the gym 5 times. Shame on me! I need to get back to the gym; I know the routine, I just need to do it!

Thank you for spending the time to read my blog - I think having just put that blog together - the first time I have actually put the developing story together like that and now the penny has dropped - and I am beginning to realise what I have done!! So - I'm just a bit slow in the uptake!! LOL!!
However it has proved one thing to me that if I can do it anyone can do it and you will find that the results are way beyond your wildest dreams!!

I just wanted to post a quick Welcome to the 50+ members with 100+ Pounds to lose TEAM. We're so glad to have you join us. Please jump in and have a good time getting healthy. This is an excited group of folks and really active team so you should be able to find all sorts of inspiration and motivation. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. There's always someone willing to help in any way possible. Don't forget to use the food/water tracker that spark people provides as well as the fitness tracker.
