I try not to take my health foregranted these days. I know that it is a blessing to be healthy and able to do the things I want. When I was sick, I hated the feeling on dependibility and vowed that I will improve my health.

Someone who doesn't enjoy the forest!!!! I am shocked lol, I know alot of people like that lol. I would die to see it but I am ok with my little piece of greenery for now. I hope you have a good time regardless!

Good morning! Afternoon! I will be thinking of your friend too and I will use her as my inspiration as well! It helps to think of a broader picture and know that while others out there in worse situations have the motivation to overcome and push on forward, why can't I? I am working on my August goals, part of "The Lets Geaux running" FB running club things to do, lol, still I need all the motivation I can get. Despite all the things going on right now, I have not lost sight of my goals, and I won't let this sabotage what I have already accomplished, so here is to reaching our goals!

BTW, 10 mins of daily hooping is part of August challenge, as well as 10 min daily walk!

Life is funny that way isn't it? It's always good to know that you have your health. I see some people who still lead healthy lives even with disabilities and - you're right - it is an inspiration.

It's been a rough week. I started having this pain during a Zumba class last week. Thought maybe I'd pulled a muscle, but it turns out the doctor thinks I have gallstones or a defective gallbladder. It hurts! I go in tomorrow to get an ultrasound to see whats up.
