Hi, I like your positive outlook on life! I got on the scales in January to realize I weighed 297 pounds. Never in my life had I weighted so much. I decided I needed to do something. A counsellor had suggested Sparkpeople and so I joined. I have lost 21 pounds to date. I have been gradually increasing my exercise routine. I am feeling better and know that this is a journey not a destination. I aim at losing 1 pound at a time until I reach my goal of 187 pounds. Thank you for your positive inspiration!
