I will be working out 5-6 days a week and eating about 1500 calories per day. I am currently training to run a 5K. I have started by working on running a mile. I am using a training program that I downloaded to my IPOD.

You had a baby!!!!!!!!! That is so much more exciting than running a marathon! I am very happy for you and glad you are back on Spark! Just stay plugged in, even just to read blogs from time to time...there is so much inspiration here...
