Keep moving to stay healthy

Being fit was a career requirement for me but I find that being retired impacts on my motivation to workout. To counteract that I hope that interacting with others who are fitness oriented will keep me moving. Inspiring others will serve to inspire me.

Thanks for the tips on my strength training question! I just read your profile - I'm a chiropractor too! Since I've become busier in the office, I decided that adding strength training to my routine of only cardio needs to happen. I'm really short, so I have to be quiet creative when I'm adjusting patients and I'd rather not blow out my shoulder doing so :)

Thanks again! emoticon

Hi ! i really need to get a routine going of using some light weights or resistance bands a couple times a week but am really lost with setting up a routine for stuff like that. If you could offer any help or guidance I would really appreciate it. I am still trying to lose weight - not at my goal weight yet.
