Well...I have belonged to SparkPeople for years now. I have typed in my downs...and my ups.I have all in all dropped quite a bit of weight! I go in cycles and when I'm losing I'm on this program...journaling, socializing, recording. When I'm not and I am distracted I don't stay healthy and I start gaining. So...I guess I better get back going on here and move my butt.Ever since I found love...I found my missing pounds! I was married 2 years ago on July 10th and have gained even more since. I am tired and cranky with myself and am starting over again! I am cracking the whip! Really!

My Goals:
My goal is just to get healthier and happier! I'd like to get down to a healthy weight but still be strong. I move 20-30 tons of hay every summer on the trailer and then re-stack in the barn....I need to keep the strength!


My Program:
To get my butt off the couch and burn some calories. I have a intolerance to corn, and also to wheat. Most grains make me feel crappy!



Personal Information:
Caregiver for children with special needs. I have 2 miniature horses, , 1 chocolate lab, and 1 yellow lab, ...I'm surrounded by wonderful friends and family, most of whom also struggle with health issues, I mean...who doesn't? I'm always looking to support others who can return the favor...let's lean on each other! I married one of my bestest friends and we are going to help each other get healthy.


Other Information:
I love movies, books, horses, barnwork, shooting, gaming, and hope to get back into outdoors fun, including SCUBA!
