I Choose Health!

I'm a 44-yo physician and stroke survivor, overwhelmed with responsibilities. I'm better at taking care of others but than myself. I have two small children, a fabulous husband and a career that I love, all clear reasons to stay alive.

After a lifetime of yo-yo diets, always gaining back what I lost and more, I begin a lifetime commitment to improving myself physically, emotionally and spiritually.

I choose health.

Hello KC, I'm just coming back to SP after a year. I wanted to say hello to you. Also I thought you might be interested in checking out a website/ ministry that I have been associated with for a number of years. It's healthsteward.com and I know Dr. Nick personally. He's the "real deal." Also read his bood "My Big Fat Greek Diet" you won't be able to put it down! Love to you.

Hey Sweetie,
As I tell everyone that joins W8W's, there is no time limit, there is not expiration date on the program. It takes as long as it takes. Our leader is always telling us, ''you didn't put the weight on overnight, so why should we think it will come off over night." I have also found since it did take me a while to lose my weight, I think that is a big factor in being able to keep it off.

Hang in there, you can do this and you are so worth the hard work.

Joan

I just wanted to stop in and say how happy I am for you and your 20 pound weight loss in a month. You can do this, and yes you will have your ups and downs, but take it from one that has lost over 100 pounds on Weight Watchers. Take it off 10 pounds at a time. That was what worked for me. All the other times when I looked at how many pounds I had to lose I would get overwhelmed and discouraged, until I figured it out, lose 10 pounds at a time.

Your doing great.

Joan
