Weight loss for pain control and more

After the initial shock of being diagnosed with multiple spinal issues I need to find a way to manage chronic pain without having to undergo major surgeries and rehab. To do this I know I need to stay serene and mentally calm during the inevitable storms that will continue, I need to continue to rehabilitate my body (now at home, so yay!) with Aeropilates and other home based help to get strong and flexible, and lose the weight with a realistic food program for me. Baby steps, but forward ...

My Goals:
To release excess fat and be back to single digit sizes in *most* clothes (since they vary from 8 to 14 now with 14s being the most common)

To lose weight to alleviate pain and practice Pilates to help with strength and flexibility.

My Program:
Changing to healthier food choices with less calories (but no fake fillers for the most part), do Aeropilates practice 3-7 days a week and cardio 3-7 days a week. I don't do planned "rest days" as one or two always find their way in there.

Personal Information:
A former medical transcriptionist of 20+ years fortunate enough to now be a SAHM with a fantastic husband, 3 human children, 5 cats and 2 dogs. I love to cook, eat, read, and work out, as well as training my BichPoo to be the best small dog she can be.

Hi! I like your supplementation strategy - cranberry extract - does that help? I wanted to catch up and ask if you were noticing any changes in your body with TA's workouts as well? I have to admit that I haven't been doing TA recently, I've been sticking to other workouts. I will probably start up with TA again once I gain a bit more endurance. Have a great day! emoticon

Well I'm on day 4 of Tracy's Perfect Design 1. I am *trying* to do all 10 days and then move onto 2 and then 3, but I don't know if I will get bored. I'm looking at it like a bootcamp challenge.
