    I do the cranberry for UTI prophylaxis and I *do* think it helps because I have not had one in probably 5-7 years. I find if I don't drink enough water for more than 2 days--I get one. So I figured between water and cranberry I up the chances of avoidance :) I have also done unsweetened cranberry juice, but it's pricier and so I don't do that anymore.

    I *do* think TA's workouts are making a difference. I *aim* for 5-6 muscular structure ones a week and then 5-6 days of cardio for a minimum of 30 minutes, but max of about 45? It's hard to squeeze it in at times. What I *have* noticed I my abs obviously have gone down (I think 2-1/2 inches now), my hips (not like the thighs but like where your pelvis is) is DEFINITELY smaller along with the lower abs, and my cardio endurance is better than it has been in YEARS. I have done cardio before obviously since I've worked out pretty regularly since I was 16-17 years old, but for some reason her cardio KICKS BOOTY! It is hard for me to pick up on, but I figure moving at the same intensity as her helps. Oh yeah my butt is higher! I suffer from "pancake butt" meaning it's usually flat, but it's getting a nice little bubble effect LOL.

    ETA: I *did* start out with just 5 minutes or whatever one section of Tracy's cardio was a day for about 2-3 weeks and built from there. I think you could do the same thing with fantastic results. I am no where NEAR what some people are as far as cardio endurance, but a lot lot lot better than I was before and as far as the muscular workouts--just do less reps. IMO it's better to do say 5 reps of each exercise than just one exercise for all the reps. I hope that makes sense ;)

    Hi! I like your supplementation strategy - cranberry extract - does that help? I wanted to catch up and ask if you were noticing any changes in your body with TA's workouts as well? I have to admit that I haven't been doing TA recently, I've been sticking to other workouts. I will probably start up with TA again once I gain a bit more endurance. Have a great day! emoticon

    Well I'm on day 4 of Tracy's Perfect Design 1. I am *trying* to do all 10 days and then move onto 2 and then 3, but I don't know if I will get bored. I'm looking at it like a bootcamp challenge.
