I COMPLETED THE MARATHON THAT I PLANNED BACK IN APRIL! I AM VERY HAPPY!!!

2-20-08
So i am a 30 something year old female who has totally lost all motivation to get fit. Last summer i was just about perfect, now winter has set in and i just plain dont feel like doing a thing! I have gained about 15 pounds and need to lose those 15 pounds before summer but have no one or nothing to motivate me. If only I could get some type of motivation to get going and KEEP going I could do this.

My Goals:
My first goal is to lost 11 pounds by March 31, 2008. If I make this goal then I will change my goals after that. But for right now 11 POUNDS it is! Wish me luck!

My Program:
My plan is to do an hour and a half of cardio every day and to target my legs with weight every other day. On the days I am not working on my legs I will alternate with biceps and triceps then back and chest.

Hey SERENITY; congratulations on your accidental 9 mile run! : )

You are such an inspiration to me that I can't stand it! How long ago was it that you said you couldn't even run 2 miles!?! You make me want to get out there and run 9 miles just to prove I can do it too! Way to challenge me!
