I have been set free! I need to walk boldy in that freedom. I choose everyday whether or not to serve God or my own selfish desires.

I plan to honor God by creating consistent routines for a healthy life. I plan to obey God rather than food.

Current Weight:
162 lbs with inches lost around my core!

Goal Weight:
140 lbs or less and maintaining!!!

My Program:
I plan to eat less and exercise more.

10 mins daily
30 mins 3 days weekly

I NEED to treat myself to bowling and maybe invite a friend about once a month or once in a while :)




Personal Information:
I am a teacher at a local school.


My plan is to be a healthy example to those in my circle of influence.
