Impossible...

Impossible... I'm possible.

I have been on Spark off and on for a long time..lately I have been more off than on for the past year or so. It's so hard to find time.. I continue to struggle, but I keep trying. I could pledge that I will be here everyday.. eat my peas and carrots... exercise, etc... but when I misstep then I spiral. I'm just trying to take one step at a time. I didn't make any New Year's resolution except for one. I have been making this one every year for the ...

My Goals:
I am taking it one day at a time and bit by bit. I am sticking to my meal plan and getting some exercise in. My goal is to be healthy. I don't have a set # that I would like to get to. I am striving for balance and to find that inner peace.

My Program:
I am following a meal plan setup from when I was in treatment. It's a balanced plan that features, veggies, fruits, carbs (whole grains), protein and dairy.

I workout 4 - 5 times per week. 3 -4 of those days I work out with weights (upper body vs. lower body) One the weekends I try to do something different than my typical cardio routine at the gym to mix it up.

In previous messages i posted that the VA has then in collections now for an er visit there the nurses led him to a room, left him there for an hour and forgot he was there. the friend then drove him from one va center to another where he was finally treated

they are in collections now for over 18K because someone is to stupid to put down patient left without being seen

this couple is the true example of how the va screws with vets but they never thought he would live to continue taking ore and more from them
