What is your fear?
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to ...
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” -- Marianne Williamson While I want to this weight to be gone, the pain to be gone...I think the biggest fear I have is for success... The struggles and the failures that festers within keeping me trapped in that muckety muck. I keep trying and most of the time I don't see that light. I know others have seen it within. I think if I realized that true light... the dark muckety muck would have to recede....and then what would I do?

My Goals:
I am taking it one day at a time and bit by bit. I am sticking to my meal plan and getting some exercise in. My goal is to be healthy. I don't have a set # that I would like to get to. I am striving for balance and to find that inner peace. my favorite quote: "Progress not perfection"
My Program:
I am following a meal plan setup from when I was in treatment. It's a balanced plan that features, veggies, fruits, carbs (whole grains), protein and dairy. I workout 4 - 5 times per week. 3 -4 of those days I work out with weights (upper body vs. lower body) One the weekends I try to do something different than my typical cardio routine at the gym to mix it up.
Personal Information:
I live in Texas.
