Sarah's Struggle

Hello, my name is Sarah, and I was on a formal diet a few years ago. I hit my goal and was there for about 1 year. After I got married, I ended up gaining 40 pounds in 1 year due to low B12 and iron deficiencies.

I'm hoping to get back on track and get motivated to lose the extra weight.

This has become especially important since I am a matron of honour in one wedding next year, and a bridesmaid in another.

Oh, you have found the right space to find teams heading in your direction, local teams who walk or run, food plans and food tracking with the recipes all worked out ahead of time.
Just think small consistent steps. You can do it. emoticon

I've been a member almost two years. I made fantastic progress and lost 100 pounds in the first year BUT I became careless about nutrition and exercise and have gained 30 back! I'm back using the nutrition and exercise trackers now - they are so important!
