My Goals:
I use SparkPeople to help me remember how good it feels to treat my body well. I reward myself for every 30 minutes of a streak.

My SparkStreaks -- every multiple of 30 days gets a reward from the list. Right now, they're all at zero except my login streak, so even though that's not my favorite thing, it's a good clean start.

1. Track everything all day
2. 9+ fruits/veggies

The green dress was a fabulous reward I gave myself for doing a month of 50g of fat. I'm on a spending embargo this year, so I'm not buying myself rewards, but I plan to toot my own horn LOUDLY when I do meet each 30 days, and give myself a SparkGoodies tiara each time. Let's see how many tiaras I can get. A person can't have too many, you know.


My Program:
I don't eat anything that doesn't taste good.

I am not mean to myself.

I eat lots of starches, fruits, and veggies -- the closer to their natural state, the better.

I don't forbid any foods or restrict calories.

I love my fatness. And yours.
