[Note: I delete comments about my weight. That's just the way it is. No exceptions. I'm not here to lose weight. I like my fat body and I don't believe being thin is automatically better than being fat.]

Starting Sept 1, 2017 (well, actually a few days earlier, but sometimes it takes me a few days to catch my stride), I'm going to see how many on-plan days in a row I can have.

On plan means:

1) For meals I make myself, plant-based, starch-centered, no added fat or sugar
2) For meals James makes (basically Monday through Thursday dinners), just eat them -- his cooking is good and healthy, but not always 100% on plan
3) For potlucks, bring something on-plan and make 1 plate of the healthiest choices I can find (we have a lot of work potlucks)

My Goals:
Hoping for at least a year-long streak. I know that's going to mean making healthy eating my job.


My Program:
I don't eat anything that doesn't taste good.

I am not mean to myself.

I eat lots of starches, fruits, and veggies -- the closer to their natural state, the better.

I don't forbid any foods or restrict calories.

I love my fatness. And yours.
