Hey! How is your summer going? I just wanted to see how you were doing in your journey. What's your program like these days?

As for me, my program is based on mostly diet...back to eating clean again with 5 meals of lean protein/vegetables every 2-3 hours. I've already seen a small weight drop. Yay!

I know I should get exercise in there, too, but ehhhhh....I know that once I do one Jillian DVD, that will really get the ball rolling. It's like the Nike slogan -- just do it.

I hope you're doing well with work and that you're having a good summer. Keep me updated with what you're doing. I need all the inspiration I can get.

I am about 3 weeks in! I love it because of that too, and because it makes you feel so strong in every part of your body where cardio just makes your legs feel strong. I haven't lost much weight yet, but from the reviews Ive seen, most people don't lose weight until the 2nd month so I hope that happens to me too. I also will push off a workout til the next day if Im too exhausted (though I try not to do it more than one time/week) and if I feel like going for a run (like today) Ill push my insanity workout til tomorrow.
