No more excuses

So, I've decided that I it is time to get off the roller coaster. I hate to admit it but I've gained the weight back again. I know that I can do this. I have done it three times in the past five years. I know the steps, hire a trainer, track the food, cut out fat and complex sugars and carbs, sign up for a race.

My most recent success was for my wedding. I avoided my worst nightmare, wedding pictures where I looked like muffin with fat overflowing my dress. I lost 15 lbs and ...

I have done it three times in the past five years. I know the steps, hire a trainer, track the food, cut out fat and complex sugars and carbs, sign up for a race.

My most recent success was for my wedding. I avoided my worst nightmare, wedding pictures where I looked like muffin with fat overflowing my dress. I lost 15 lbs and I'm really happy with my pictures.

Unfortunately, I've gained it all back plus a couple lbs. How did I let this happen again! I need to find a balance. I am infamous for meeting my goals then completely falling off the wagon and falling back into a sedentary lifestyle where I don't watch what I eat at all.

This time is going to be different though! I am going to do this again and this time I'm going to maintain it. I hope to do it by myself this time, without hiring a trainer. I'm going to use all the tools past trainers have given me and be accountable to myself. This way I can't use the excuse that a trainer is too expensive. I'm going to do it . . . I hope!

I'm going to make myself do cardio atleast 4 times per week and resitance 2 times per week. I'm going to make a routine.
