My ultimate goal is to become healthier for myself and my family. I would like to lose 80 lbs by the end of the year and be in better fitness shape.
I am exercising 5-6 times per week; including light weights. I am also training for a 5k race in April (training with professionals). I am also going to stick with the recommended calorie consumption.

Thanks for the welcome! lol and your comment turned out just fine! Not sure how to fix that so that you can actually see what you're typing. I have come across the same thing before where I go to type a comment and I can't see.
