Hi River. As you can see, I haven't really been on here for a while, and I haven't been tracking my food either. I have gone up on the scale, which tells me that I must track my food or else I end up with a "who cares" attitude. I guess I do. I see that you continue to grow and change as you explore what's out there. How is dancing going?? How are you?
Thanks for the add and the goodie! I am doing quite well. It's funny, but we are doing opposite things! I have been on Spark about 2 years and lost about 17 pounds....but didn't start tracking until 2 days ago. Now that I see the reality of what I have been eating, I can't understand how I did it! It does explain why I needed to do so much cardio. What prompted me to track was the info on a site that I stumbled on in trying to develop a work-out routine (site is aworkoutroutine.com). I think you'd find it interesting. The guy is a gain muscle type, strictly calories in/calories out and big on lots of protein. He got me to thinking, so I explored the Spark tracker and thought I'd give it a whirl. I do feel that there is a lot to be learned from the build muscle types. Us regular folk just don't need to go as far. They are experts at body composition and when you see their bodies and results, they show they have control over their bodies.
