I have been on SP for a year and in that year have learned how to maintain a small weight loss. This year I dropped below my setpoint after a car accident and hospitalization and resumed tracking calories to maintain my weight loss. I am slowly learning how to change bad habits and to not fear losing weight. From my original weight I am now 15 lbs down and just 8 lbs away from my chosen goal weight. stop being unhappy with yourself,
stop wishing you looked like someone else
or wishing people liked you as much as they like someone else,
stop trying to get attention from those who hurt you,
stop hating your body, your face, your face, your quirks..
love them for without those things you wouldn't be you
and why would you want to be anyone else? be confident
with who you are, smile..it'll draw people in.
If anyone hates you because you are happy with yourself,
then just say "screw it, my happiness will not depend on others anymore.
I'm happy because I love who I am. I love my flaws..I love my imperfections..
