I have been on SP for a year and in that year have learned how to maintain a small weight loss. This year I dropped below my setpoint after a car accident and hospitalization and resumed tracking calories to maintain my weight loss. I am slowly learning how to change bad habits and to not fear losing weight. From my original weight I am now 15 lbs down and just 8 lbs away from my chosen goal weight.
