Hey there! I never did start p90x. Not sure why, but my boyfriend and I have just been going on long walks (on the beach, at sunset, drinking pina coladas-- Just kiddng! I couldn't help myself) and just being a lot more active- playing around in the yard like little kids.
But my friend did pick up p90x, tried it once and gave up. She said it was way too hard and seemed to be geared to if you wanted to be a body builder. I really didn't know how to take her comment, because she's kinda a weakling, but she could be right. I wouldn't let it scare you though.
Hey! Thanks for checking in on me! Things are going fairly well. I have lost 35 lbs. over the past year, kind of got off track for about a month, but now I'm starting to become more active again. I'm aiming for 10 more pounds...so tough!
