IT WILL BE WORTH IT IN THE END, DON'T GIVE UP!

I wanted to start a new page but decided to stick with this first one. I opened this page up over 2 years ago. I abandon it the first year, only popping in whenever I felt like it. I wasn't really serious about my weight loss journey. I would start and then forgot about it few days later. I wasn't patient enough to see sum results.

So I'm BACK and ready more then ever. I am tired and I will take it one day at a time. I want to be able to feel good about myself and finally do ...

I been over weight all my adult life and it's time to take control and look forward to a better future. I don't want to sit around and think oh dis is life and it's ok how I look. I want to be able to look and back and be proud that I took that first step.

I'm so glad my friend introduce me to SPRAK because it taught so much already. I feel that I am ready to begin this journey from the help of SP and all of you. I get so motivated by reading your success stories. Thank you all!

My Goals:
To hit the 199 mark at the end of 2012.
I have about 60 lbs to go! I'm not really into weighing my self. It's all about the inches. But I know I want to loose about 2-3lbs a week!

My Program:
I am starting my journey with Resist a ball for about 3-4 times a week.
Drinking lots of water & green tea.
NO POP
NO JUNK FOOD!
Excercising 60-90 mins a day.
Watching my portions sizes and also eating healthy.
