My Goals:
I would liket to lose 25 pounds by the start of school (Aug. '08). I have my 20th high school reunion in August. I need to stay healthy for my kids and husband.

My Program:
I'm not eating sweets. I'm eating a lot of protein. I plan to walk on the treadmill 4 times per week.
