Hey got a GREAT idea!! go back to the site that you saw my post on for the Caveman diet.. Let them know it's true.. It can be DONE.. Get them to join in a healthy lifestyle with Sparkpeople! YOU seen it to be TRUE!!..lol.. :-)

Thanks so much.. Yes the cave man had something there we lost along the way. I was on an endless trip up & down the scale & now life is GREAT!! I have energy & I out do my grown kids!! My son is a big sport player & I run circles around him & his BUDDIES who are half my age.. Never give up cause you too can do this. It's alot easier than you think. Like I said I'm here for you all the way.. COME on life is too short to be unhealthy.. I'm 50 & at last living life..:-) thanks!!

You may me a bit overwhelmed by the info that is here.
But give it some time, and you will be an expert in no time.
