My Goals:
Get fit and toned.

Eat less "junk" food.
BE HEALTHY!!!

My Program:
It is a stepping stone to 13.1 miles. 3 days jogging 1 day resting 2 days jogging 1 day resting to make a 7 day week. The miles build from week to week 3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-2-13.1.

Other Information:
No matter how fast you are going, you are lapping everyone sitting on the couch!
